Here at Fix My Switch, we have always been gamers from a young age. We love and appreciate how much fun and joy a Nintendo Switch can give to children and adults. Unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong and faults can occur. It becomes an important choice of who do you trust and feel confident to repair your Nintendo Swtich.

  • We offer a free inspection service for your device. Once inspected, a repair quotation will be provided. If you decide to proceed, brilliant! We’ll process the repair. If you choose to decline the quotation, no inspection fee will be charged (return postage applies).

  • We generally complete all repairs within 1-2 working days. We also offer an express service for same day repairs (parts availability). This additional service costs £20.00 per device.

  • Fix My Switch is located within St.Cuthberts Arcade and part of Happyfones Ltd. Our address is 26 St.Cuthberts Street, Bedford, MK40 3JG.

  • No appointment required. Please feel free to pop into us. Our opening times are Monday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm.

  • Yes not a problem at all. Feel free to send your device into us. Please use a tracked service and also protect appropriately. Once it’s received, we’ll be in touch to discuss further once inspected.
